We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. This role requires hands-on experience in various construction tasks, including heavy lifting, blueprint reading, and carpentry.

• Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including carpentry work, caulking, and using hand tools for building projects. Complete minor roofing and siding repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of work quality and safety practices on-site.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress updates and any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all materials are available for the team and manage inventory as necessary.
• Train new employees on safety protocols and job responsibilities.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry, residential roofing and exterior. Min 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Fit and able to climb a ladder to go on the roof.
• Work at heights.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with carpentry and maintenance person tasks is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proper care for vehicle, trailer and tools provided
